Freddie Rohner

Freddie Rohner began their career in 2007 as the Operations Manager and News Director & Anchor for WTRI, LLC. In 2010, they joined iHire as a Product Manager, where they guided strategic direction, drove revenue performance, and presided over continual improvement of professional resume writing products as well as online self-service resume tools. Freddie also devised enhancements to existing offerings and worked closely with product and development teams to create new features. In addition, they managed user stories throughout the Agile development process, from initial concept through grooming, acceptance testing, and release.

At iHire, Rohner also served as a Senior Writer & Marketing Specialist, producing content for job seekers and employers including articles, blog posts, templates, tip sheets, and infographics. Freddie managed the publication calendar, identified topics to drive audience engagement, and developed strategies to integrate content programs within email marketing campaigns and other branding initiatives. Freddie also drafted resumes and cover letters for customers across numerous industries, from entry-level job seekers to senior managers and executives.

Rohner also served as a Senior Writer and Senior Resume Writer at iHire. As a Senior Writer, they worked directly with professionals of varying career levels and in diverse industries to craft interview-winning resumes and cover letters. Freddie wrote career advice articles, employer resources, and blog posts for publication on iHire sites. Freddie also provided copywriting for site messaging, marketing emails, and sales collateral. As a Senior Resume Writer, they created professional resumes and cover letters for clients in wide-ranging industries, from entry-level job seekers to senior managers and executives. Freddie gathered information from customers via email and phone, organized materials, devised strategies, and submitted drafts for client review/feedback. Freddie also revised documents as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Freddie also served as a Resume Writer.

Freddie Rohner obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary's College of Maryland between 2002 and 2006. In 2010, Freddie Rohner became a Certified Advanced Resume Writer from Career Directors International. In 2014, Freddie Rohner obtained two certifications from Career Directors International: Certified Resume Specialist: Accounting and Finance (CRS+AF) in November and Certified Resume Specialist: Training and Human Resources (CRS+HR) in April. In 2019, Freddie Rohner became a Certified Master Resume Writer (CMRW) from Career Directors International. In December 2021, Freddie Rohner obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
