Nico Mendt

Nico Mendt is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hilton Berlin since June 2015. Additionally, Mendt has been a qualified examiner for Master of Restaurant Management at IHK Frankfurt am Main since November 2016 and for restaurant and hotel specialists at IHK Berlin since January 2014. Prior to current roles, Mendt held various positions at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, including Director of Food & Beverage and Operations Manager, as well as positions at Kempinski Hotels and Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts, among others. Mendt's educational background includes a Certificate in Hotel Management and Owner Relations from Cornell University (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotel & Business School (2001-2003).
