Mindy Lipsey MBA is an experienced marketing professional with a comprehensive background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Regional Marketing Manager at IHOP since 2018, Mindy has a strong track record that includes roles at Restaurant Brands International as Manager of Field Marketing East, and Pollo Campero as Field Marketing Manager.
