Egide N.

Egide N. currently serves as a Quality Assurance Manager at IHS Towers, a position held since August 2014, where responsibilities include network performance analysis, operators revenue assurance, and the design and publication of various scorecards. Egide N. also prepares technical reports to aid in business decisions and has previous experience as Team Lead NOC/Operations, focusing on the implementation of monitoring tools. Prior to IHS Towers, Egide N. worked as an IT Project Manager at RWANDAPEDIA from April 2012 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Engineering Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Rwanda (2008-2012).
