Luke Mannion

Luke Mannion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and strategy development. Currently serving as a Wargame Content Developer at II Corps Consultants, Inc., since December 2023, Mannion creates detailed content for educational wargames used in Marine Corps University. Concurrently, Mannion works as a Strategy and Policy Analyst at Lumbee Tribe Enterprises, LLC, where support is provided to the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office at the Pentagon, focusing on innovative technologies for joint force operations. Luke's military background includes several roles in the United States Marine Corps, such as an Instructor/Civil Military Operations Planner and various leadership positions as a Field Artillery Officer and Civil Affairs Officer. Mannion holds a Master of Science in International Relations from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy.
