Robin Jaworski

Robin Jaworski has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Associate at Westinghouse Electric Company in 2005, where they supported various HR functions including benefits administration and policy development. They also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at the same company, achieving 100% hiring goals and implementing effective recruitment processes. In 2013, Robin joined Aspirant Talent Strategy & Acquisition Practice as a Sr. Talent Advisor/Account Lead. They then worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alcoa from 2017 to 2019 and at Newpark from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Robin is the Lead, Talent Acquisition at Coherent Corp.

Robin Jaworski attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Organizational Leadership/HR.
