Kathryn Huey

Kathryn Huey has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to sales automation, forecasting, program management, and business analysis. Kathryn currently works at II-VI Aerospace & Defense as the Lead Sales Automation & Forecasting Analyst, where they manage the front end of a $200M+ business unit. Kathryn is responsible for defining and forecasting the pipeline/goals, integrating acquired companies/sites, and automating system processes. Kathryn has also developed and maintains a customized Salesforce Estimations process using Sharepoint, One Drive, and MS Teams. Prior to their role at II-VI Aerospace & Defense, Kathryn worked at FLIP Custom Switch Products as a Project Manager, where they successfully introduced a fully customizable rocker switch into the industry. Kathryn also created and implemented the accounting system and policies. Before that, they worked at THALES RAYTHEON Systems in various roles, including Program Business Manager and Senior Program Cost Schedule & Controller. At THALES RAYTHEON Systems, Kathryn was responsible for monitoring and reporting on multiple programs, advising leadership on performance drivers, and improving existing metrics reporting package. Kathryn also managed new business development, program funding profiles, and monthly/quarterly estimates. Kathryn began their career at Boeing as a Business & Planning Analyst, where they managed, forecasted, budgeted, and provided variance analysis for the PAC-3 Hit to Kill Missile Program. Kathryn also led the planning and execution of a plant move. Overall, Kathryn has a strong background in sales analysis, program management, and financial planning, with a focus on process automation and efficiency.

Kathryn Huey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Irvine.
