Shahid Alam

Shahid Alam is an experienced human resource professional currently serving as General Manager-Human Resource at IIFL Finance since April 2024. Previously, Shahid held the position of Zonal Manager-Human Resource at IIFL (India Infoline Group) from July 2022 to March 2024, and Assistant Manager-Human Resource at Dhani from October 2021 to July 2022. Shahid’s career in human resources began at Square Yards, where the roles included Deputy Manager and Associate Manager from February 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Executive and Executive-Human Resource at Azaan Services - India from March 2017 to February 2020. Shahid Alam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours degree from Delhi University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, completed between 2016 and 2018.
