Akshay Kadam

Akshay Kadam has been working in the banking and finance sector since 2016, starting as a Senior Loan Officer at Home Credit India. Akshay later transitioned to roles at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and Bandhan Bank before joining IIFL Home Loans as a Digital Credit Manager. Through their experience, Akshay has gained knowledge in credit appraisal, field investigations, loan operations, and customer service. Akshay holds a BMS degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
