Samuel Monfort

Samuel Monfort is a seasoned statistician with expertise in human factors and applied cognition, currently serving as a Senior Statistician at the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and Highway Loss Data Institute since February 2018. Prior experience includes positions as a Statistician at George Mason University, where research was focused on human-computer interaction, and roles at KINEX INC. as a Junior Scientist, Perceptronics Solutions, Inc. as a User Experience Researcher, and a Naval Research Enterprise Intern at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. Samuel Monfort holds a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Human Factors and Applied Cognition from George Mason University, a Master’s degree from Wake Forest University, and a Bachelor’s degree from William & Mary.
