Fionne has a strong background in data analytics, and has been invited to speak and lead workshops on the subject for both small businesses and large corporations. Fionne has also worked with a number of high-profile clients, including Ben Connell Eye Surgery, HockingStuart, Adidas, and Macleay College.

Fionne is passionate about helping others simplify complex processes and make better data-driven decisions. Fionne is an excellent communicator and problem solver, and their skills have helped their succeed in both their previous companies and their current role.

Fionne Tan has a Bachelor of Computer Science from RMIT University. Fionne also has certification from St John Ambulance in HLTAID001 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, HLTAID002 - Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, HLTAID003 - Provide First Aid, HLTAID006 - Provide Advanced First Aid, HLTAID007 - Provide Advanced Resuscitation, HLTAID008 - Manage First Aid Services And Resources, and HLTSS00027 - Occupational First Aid. Fionne has also completed a Lean Process & Six Sigma Course.
