Zahra Karsan

Zahra Karsan is an accomplished entrepreneur and coach, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of GetZENd LLC since February 2016, where the focus is on enhancing individual and corporate performance through various products and coaching programs. In addition, Zahra holds positions as a Board Member for the World Happiness Foundation and Guest Lecturer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Previous roles include serving as a Success Coach for both the STEVE & MAJORIE HARVEY FOUNDATION and Honey Shine Inc., and as a Business Transformation Consultant for Compass Group, where Zahra managed strategic projects including the rollout of an e-Procurement platform. Educational qualifications include a Master NLP degree, a certificate in Neuroscience, and a postgraduate degree in Applied Positive Psychology.
