Natasha Garcha has a diverse and extensive work experience. Natasha started their career as a Summer Associate at HSBC in 2008. Natasha then worked at D. E. Shaw & Co. from 2009 to 2013, where they managed investor relations and also served as the Co-Head of Corporate Social Responsibility in India. In 2010, they co-founded Shades of Happiness Foundation and served as a Co-Founder and Trustee until 2016.
