Natasha Garcha

Natasha Garcha has a diverse and extensive work experience. Natasha started their career as a Summer Associate at HSBC in 2008. Natasha then worked at D. E. Shaw & Co. from 2009 to 2013, where they managed investor relations and also served as the Co-Head of Corporate Social Responsibility in India. In 2010, they co-founded Shades of Happiness Foundation and served as a Co-Founder and Trustee until 2016. Since 2014, Natasha has been working at Impact Investment Exchange (IIX), where they initially served as a Manager for Advisory and Business Development. Later, they became an Associate Director of the Capital Markets Team, working on innovative financial products such as the Women's Livelihood Bond. Natasha currently holds the position of Senior Director, Innovative Finance and Gender-Lens Investing Specialist at IIX, where they are involved in gender lens investing initiatives and has played a key role in the Women's Livelihood Bond series.
