Meike Nieuwboer

Meike Nieuwboer has extensive experience in the fields of human resources and coaching, currently serving as the Manager Participatiebanen at Tata Steel in Europa since July 2020, where efforts are focused on connecting individuals with disabilities to employment opportunities. Since September 2016, Meike has also held a role in HR at Tata Steel while simultaneously training job seekers through IJmond Werkt! since July 2013, advocating for their return to the labor market through comprehensive support. Prior to this, Meike worked at UWV from April 2003 to February 2013, providing training and mentorship to work coaches and serving as a re-integration coach, applying knowledge of social legislation and employment strategies. Meike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labor from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a certification in Re-integration Coaching from NCOI.
