Rahel Kessler

Rahel Kessler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at the IKEA Foundation since June 2022. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Senior Research Associate and Interim Head of Research (Europe) at Perrett Laver, where responsibilities encompassed candidate identification for executive positions, management of multiple research projects, and business development initiatives in the DACH region.
