Christina Santangelo

Christina Santangelo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Service Office People & Culture Manager at IKEA since December 2013, where responsibilities include partnering with management on HR processes and leadership development. Prior positions at IKEA include Corporate People & Culture Business Partner and Market Area People & Culture Manager for Florida. Before IKEA, Christina served as HR Manager at Y Group, LLC, managing HR policies, recruiting, and employee relations, and held HR roles at IGN Entertainment, ESI, and Apollo Information Services. Christina began professional development as an HR Intern and has a Master’s in Management & Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s in Management with an HR concentration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
