Kajo Laine

Kajo Laine is a seasoned data and analytics professional with extensive experience in data engineering leadership and analytics solutions. Currently serving as a Data & Analytics Leader at IKEA since October 2021, Kajo Laine oversees two teams focused on customer fulfilment insights and global store operative reporting. Prior to IKEA, Kajo Laine was the Tribal Lead for Data Engineering at Siili Solutions, managing teams, developing business offerings, and driving competence in data engineering. Experience also includes various roles at Accenture, where Kajo Laine contributed to the design and implementation of data warehouse and reporting solutions in the pensions insurance sector, alongside expertise in BI and data quality analysis. Kajo Laine's career began with a summer traineeship at Metso Automation and is supported by an educational background from LUT University.
