Rajshri Gadad is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in various roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Services and Global Vice President at IKEA since May 2024, Rajshri previously held significant positions at Eaton from January 2012 to May 2024, including Director of IT - Transformation, Innovation & Partnerships, and Global QA & RPA Leader. Prior to Eaton, Rajshri worked at Cedar Management Consulting International LLC and Fiserv Global Services as a Senior Test Consultant and Testing Practice Manager, respectively. Early career experiences include roles at HSBC Global Technology India and Infosys Technologies. Rajshri holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
