Samantha Giusti currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer for IKEA US, where a unified vision to enhance customer experience has led to significant growth across various channels. Previous roles at IKEA include Chief of Staff to the CEO, Acting US Public Relations Manager, and managing corporate communications and community affairs, focusing on sustainability and community engagement. In academia, Samantha lectures at the School of Social Policy & Practice at the University of Pennsylvania and has held adjunct professor positions at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Prior to their roles in retail and education, Samantha was the Executive Director of DVLF, overseeing operational excellence and relationship management with community stakeholders.
