Kgotso Molobi

Kgotso Molobi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kgotso started their career as a Client Liaison Officer (Team Leader) at Tracker Connect (Pty) Ltd, where they managed a team of 17 Call Centre Agents and ensured prompt client contact. Kgotso then moved on to roles at Vodacom and Nashua Mobile, where they gained expertise in data and content support as well as ISP and advanced helpdesk support. At MTN South Africa, Kgotso held various positions, including Technical Support and Technical Support Supervisor, where they specialized in mobile data and FTTH support. Kgotso also worked at TrillCom as a Technical Installer and at Dis-Chem Pharmacies as a Vaccine Administrator. Currently, they are serving as a Field Team Manager at Ikeja. Overall, Kgotso has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to different roles and industries, showcasing their versatile skill set and dedication to delivering excellent service.

Kgotso Molobi's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Northview High School, where they obtained a Senior Certificate in Grade 12 in 1999. In the year 2000, they attended Tshwane University of Technology, studying Credit Management and earning a BTech degree. Kgotso then pursued further education at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2001 to 2012, earning an NDip degree in Information Technology. In 2018, Kgotso attended the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business, specializing in Digital Marketing and obtaining a degree in eMarketing.
