Tawanda Mutambwe

Tawanda Mutambwe is a skilled Product Designer currently contributing to the development of a new Merchant Dashboard at iKhokha since August 2022. Previously, Tawanda held the position of Senior UX Designer at Helm, focusing on enhancing the Business Self Service Portal's user experience and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. As a Service Designer at Helm, Tawanda emphasized interaction and service design for client dashboards. Early work included a role as a User Experience Designer at CIVICUS, where Tawanda addressed member communication needs, and as a UX Designer at Kandua, managing end-to-end design processes. Additional volunteering with Tawanda Can Do and freelance web development experience at MethodMode round out Tawanda's diverse background. Tawanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, attained between 2015 and 2017.
