Karolina Jusaitė

Karolina Jusaitė has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and brand management. ✨ Karolina currently holds the position of Head of Brand Unit at IKI, where they are responsible for overseeing brand development and performance. Prior to this, they worked as a Brand Marketing Project Manager at IKI, where they played a key role in planning and executing advertising campaigns and analyzing their results. Before joining IKI, Karolina worked as a Marketing Project Manager at PRO BRO Group, where they were involved in planning and executing marketing campaigns. ✨ Karolina also has experience at INDIANA.LT, where they held various roles including Account Director, Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, and Product Representative. In these roles, they were responsible for managing accounts, coordinating promotional activities, and managing the creative process.

Karolina Jusaitė pursued their education with a focus on marketing and advertising. From 2018 to 2022, they attended SMK University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a higher education degree in this field. Following this, they enrolled at KSU | kazimiero simonavičiaus universitetas in 2022 and is currently working towards a master's degree in integrated communications.
