Kritika Srinivasan is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in technology contracts, compliance, and legal advisory services. Currently serving as Counsel at Ikigai Law and as an Independent Law Practice Professional since 2016, Kritika has drafted and negotiated agreements for major companies, including the TATA group and various tech firms. Previous roles include Manager - Legal at SAMHI, where Kritika handled corporate policy regulation and managed significant acquisitions and equity fundraising efforts. Kritika has also demonstrated leadership in legal teams, providing advisory services to international clients and overseeing compliance and regulatory matters across multiple organizations, including CPA Global and Ameriprise Financial Services. Kritika holds an LLB (Honors) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
