Rolf Genn

Rolf Genn has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2017. He is the managing director of Bäckerei Genn GmbH in Wehr and has been working as an independent master baker since 1991. Since 2008 he has been headmaster of the bakers' guild of the Ahrweiler district and since 2007 district apprentice warden. He is also a member of the representative assembly of Volksbank RheinAhrEifel, sits on the master craftsman's examination committee at the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts, and is on the supervisory board of BÄKO Cologne. He is also active as chairman of the CDU local association and was active in the Wehr municipal council for 10 years. Rolf Genn has been involved in the volunteer fire brigade in the early eighties. In 2015 he celebrated his 20th anniversary as a military leader and has been chairman of the Ahrweiler District Fire Brigade Association since then.
