Katie Gumina

Katie Gumina, IIDA, serves as the Co-Chair of Outreach for the IIDA Ohio Kentucky Chapter since July 2024. Currently an Interior Designer at IKM Architecture since November 2021, Katie is engaged in various sectors including healthcare, higher education, and workplace design, overseeing all design phases from concept to construction administration. Previous experience includes an Interior Design Internship at DLR Group, where involvement in K-12 projects included site visits and design development, and a role as Office Coordinator at Ashleigh Clark Interior Design Group, focusing on materials management and client coordination. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Kent State University, along with an Associate's degree in General Studies and a Technical Diploma in Architectural and Mechanical Design.
