Laxman Vaddepally has extensive experience in retail and leadership, currently serving as Team Leader at IKON SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD since October 2015. Previously, Laxman held various positions at Vodafone Mini Store, escalating from Salesperson to Store Operations Manager between March 2010 and June 2015. Laxman also worked as a Business Sales Representative for Amway India Enterprises Private Limited from July 2011 to March 2014. Laxman Vaddepally holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management and International Management from Charles Sturt University (2015-2018) and an Engineer's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Jyothishmathi College of Engineering & Technology (2010-2014). Educational background includes completion of 10+2 at Narayana Junior College, Tarnaka, Hyderabad (2008-2010) and high school at Bhashyam High School (2007-2008).
