Juan de Hoces

Juan de Hoces has extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, with a focus on human resources management. Juan is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Ikos Resorts and Sani Resort, leading the Group's expansion plans in Greece and the Mediterranean area. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Corporate Human Resources Director for the Iberostar Group and held senior HR positions at Viacom and Kellogg Company. Juan also has experience as an HR Consultant at PwC and Alexander Hughes. Their career began as a Sales Executive at Banco Santander.

Juan de Hoces has a Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on Business Law from the Universidad de Sevilla. In addition, they obtained a Master's degree in HR Management from the Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucia. Furthermore, they pursued a Master's degree in Coaching from the Instituto Europeo de Coaching between the years 2009 and 2010.
