Foram Makim is an accomplished UX researcher with extensive experience in conducting user research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at IKS Health, Foram has previously worked with prominent companies such as First Command Financial Services, User Research International, Ford Motor Company, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, and The University of Texas at Dallas. With a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from The University of Texas at Dallas and additional certifications in Big Data and Machine Learning, Foram has effectively managed projects for Fortune 500 clients, executed end-to-end UX research phases, and presented actionable insights to stakeholders.
