Jerina Dsouza

Jerina Dsouza has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resource fulfillment. Jerina is currently working as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at IKS Health, where they are responsible for strategizing and fulfilling hiring demands across all levels and lines of business. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Virtusa, where they focused on strategy, planning, and driving fulfillment metrics. Jerina has also held roles as a Resource Fulfillment Director at Polaris Software Lab Limited and as a Project Management Officer at Citicorp Overseas Software Limited.
