Prateek Jain

Prateek Jain is a dedicated UX Design Researcher currently employed at IKS Health since June 2023, following a role as a UX Researcher at JCPenney where contributions included enhancing the online shopping experience through user advocacy and comprehensive research studies. With a strong academic foundation, Prateek is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Innovation with User Experience at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where previous education includes a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Practical experience spans roles at the User Experience & Decision Making Lab at WPI, where Prateek designed and managed UX research studies, and earlier internships that involved developing software user interfaces and conducting eye-tracking research.
