Vikas Jaitly

Vikas Jaitly has a strong background in project management and program management office (PMO) roles. Vikas has experience in various industries including healthcare, finance, and technology. As the Director of PMO at IKS Health, they are responsible for overseeing technology product roadmaps and budgets. In their previous role as Assistant Vice President at Religare Finvest Limited, they set up the PMO function and implemented processes to ensure successful execution of projects. At Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, they managed PMO operations for the Morgan Stanley account. Vikas also served as a Resource Manager at Aon Hewitt, where they analyzed staffing and workforce strategies. Prior to that, they worked at Headstrong and HCL Technologies, where they focused on staffing and project management. Vikas started their career at Techspan in a project management office role.

Vikas Jaitly completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2003 and 2005. Before that, they pursued a DNIIT in Computer Software Engineering from NIIT from 2002 to 2004. Vikas completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Graduation between 2000 and 2002. Vikas'ssecondary education, 10+2 in Commerce, was completed at Model School, B4 Paschim Vihar from 1987 to 1999.
