Sarah Tait PhD, MBA, Dip. Pharm. Tech. has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sarah began their career in 1990 as a Validation Engineer at Organon Ireland Ltd, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of validation protocols for all equipment used in the manufacture of contraceptive tablets, as well as the preparation of all documentation and presentation to FDA during site approval inspection. In 1996, they moved to MSD Bray (formerly Schering Plough & previously Mallinckrodt Vet) as Quality Manager, where they were responsible for overall site Quality including, raw materials, packaging and finished product testing and QP release, Regulatory compliance, Technical services, Quality Systems, Training, GMP Documentation. In 2012, Sarah joined PharmaLex Ireland (Formerly McGee Pharma International) as a Senior Associate Consultant. In 2020, they moved to PharmaDirections as an Associate. In 2021, they became Executive Director Quality Assurance at Iksuda Therapeutics. Finally, in 2022, Sarah joined ADAMAS Consulting as a Senior Consultant. Throughout their career, Sarah has worked with national and international clients in the development of full QMS systems resulting in GxP licence approval (WDA, MIA, IMP) with minimal findings from the Regulatory Authorities. Sarah has also performed GxP audits, nationally and internationally, of internal and third party contract organisations' GxP systems including all aspects of GxP and data integrity.

Sarah Tait obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Pharmacology and Chemistry from the University College Dublin in 1986-1990. Sarah then went on to obtain their Masters in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology from Trinity College Dublin in 1992-1994. Following this, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University College Dublin in 1997-1999. Sarah also obtained a Diploma in Quality Management from the Technological University Dublin. Finally, Sarah Tait obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Genetics from the University College Dublin.
