Dheeraj Ramanand Shetty serves as the AVP of Tech Services at Iksula since February 2025, where responsibilities include leading Digital Commerce and Custom Solutions technology verticals, enhancing delivery governance, mentoring teams, and aligning delivery with value KPIs. Prior experience includes being a Sr. Program Manager at Embitel Technologies from May 2021 to January 2025, where program planning and governance were executed for ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and PIM initiatives. Dheeraj also held the position of Client Delivery Manager at Hansa Cequity, managing software and integration projects for Mahindra Auto-Division. At Bista Solutions Inc., from August 2011 to September 2019, Dheeraj successfully led projects with a 100% success rate and generated significant revenue through effective IT alignment and enhanced delivery models. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in IT from Smt. Parmeshwaridevi Durgadutt Tibrewala Lions Juhu College of Arts, Commerce & Science.
