Patrick Sapel

Patrick Sapel is a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung (IKV) in Industrie und Handwerk an der RWTH Aachen since May 2019, specializing in production planning and automation. Prior experience includes a role as a Masterand at thyssenkrupp, focusing on Industry 4.0 solutions for data collection and analysis in the automotive sector, as well as working as a Werkstudent in office management for digital projects at thyssenkrupp Management Consulting. From June 2013 to June 2016, Patrick served as a Fertigungsvorbereiter at ERCO, managing master data and production preparation. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Technische Logistik from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, in addition to training as an Industriekaufmann at Eugen-Schmalenbach-Schule Halver-Ostendorf.
