Shilpa NM is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing at IKYAM Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shilpa worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Zerozilla from May 2020 to July 2022. Shilpa's career also includes positions as a Customer Escalation Manager and Quality Analyst at Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd from July 2015 to February 2020, and as a Practitioner in CRM operations at IBM Global Process Services from April 2013 to April 2015.
