Silvia Renderos

Silvia Renderos has a varied work experience in the field of media production and editing. Silvia started their career in 2017 as a producer at the Ministry of Culture of El Salvador, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they held multiple roles, including being a director at Memorable 503, a writer and video editor at El Urbano News, and a translator at Babelcube. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at MG Corporation as a producer, where they were responsible for audiovisual content production, editing, and design work. In 2021, they joined Profile as a video editor and graphic designer. In 2022, they worked at Muchas Más as a consultant for 2D video animation, and they are currently employed as a video editor at IL MAKIAGE.

Silvia Renderos obtained their degree in Journalism from Universidad de El Salvador, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2022, they obtained the EF SET Certificate from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) and the Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) certification from UNICEF. In 2020, they earned certifications in LinkedIn para empresas and Crea un perfil de éxito en LinkedIn from LinkedIn. In the same year, they also completed the Woman, Power and Media certification from the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas. Furthermore, in 2019, Silvia completed the Curso de Producción Audiovisual from the Departamento de Comunicaciones y Cultura de la Universidad Centroamericana "José Simeón Cañas", UCA. In 2018, they earned the Curso de Iluminación y Composición Fotográfica certification, also from the Departamento de Comunicaciones y Cultura de la Universidad Centroamericana "José Simeón Cañas", UCA.
