Vinay Barot has cultivated extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various roles. Currently serving as Regional OPM at ila-solution GmbH since December 2019, Vinay conducts audits and analyzes processes while maintaining key performance indicators for branches in Germany and the Netherlands. Prior roles include Recruitment Operations Associate, responsible for the employee lifecycle in Germany, and a Volunteer Human Resource Internship at Fivebros Forgings Pvt Ltd, focusing on recruitment and payroll processes. Additionally, Vinay worked as a People Operation Associate at Harsh Institute of Fire, Safety & Environment, assisting with student lifecycle management, and as a Management Associate at the College of Fire and Disaster Management, where responsibilities included accounts, IT, and health and safety oversight. Vinay holds a Global MBA in Human Resources Management from Berlin School of Business & Innovation and a degree in Computer Science from IETE.
