Fatoş Didem Korkmaz

Fatin Alsarheed has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservation roles at The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh Hotel since December 2018. Progressing from a Restaurant Reservations TSA to a Reservations Agent, and currently serving as a Multi Property Reservation Agent, Fatin has demonstrated strong skills in managing communications with guests and travel agents, maintaining reservation records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes a Reservations Agent position at Aloft Hotel, as well as customer service roles in sales and administrative support. Fatin began a career in customer service as a Summer Camp Counselor and advanced through various positions to develop a solid foundation in client relations and service excellence. Fatin holds an education from C&E College in Lebanon, completed in June 2006.
