Diana M. has been in the sales and customer service industry since 2017. Diana started as a Customer Service Representative at Horizon Contact Centers Ltd, where they were responsible for resolving product or service problems, recommending potential products or services to management, and answering questions about product details and the company. In 2018, they moved to Aspira Kenya as a Sales Executive. Currently, Diana is a Senior Inbound and Outbound Sales Specialist at Ilara Health, where they are responsible for meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products, and establishing new business.
