Monica Enrique

Monica Enrique, PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, has over 15 years of experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Global Benefits & HRIS Manager at ILC Dover since May 2008. In this role, Monica administers health and welfare programs, manages HRIS systems, and oversees the company's compensation structure and performance administration, acting as a subject matter expert for business partners and external collaborators. Previously, Monica held the position of HR Manager at Price Automotive Group from September 1992 to April 2008. Monica holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University.
