Yanivis Hage

Chief Talent Officer at iLearn Schools

Yanivis Hage has extensive experience in education and leadership roles. Yanivis began their career as a teacher at Jersey City Community Charter School in 2005 and later taught at Bergen Arts & Science Charter School. In 2011, they became an English Language Arts Teacher/Department Chair/Testing Coordinator at Passaic Arts & Science Charter School. Yanivis then served as the School Director at Passaic Arts and Science Intermediate School from 2013 to 2017, where they were responsible for various aspects of school management and curriculum development. Yanivis Hage then joined iLearn Schools as the Chief Academic Officer, overseeing curriculum, instruction, and assessment programs. Yanivis later became the Chief Talent Officer at iLearn Schools, leading talent strategy and supporting equity and inclusion initiatives. In addition to their work in schools, Yanivis Hage has also worked as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University and as a Clinical Practice Supervisor at Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Yanivis Hage has a Bachelor of Arts degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Ramapo College of New Jersey, which was completed from 2000 to 2004. Yanivis also has a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Saint Peter's University, earned from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, they obtained an Ed.S in K-12 Leadership in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Grand Canyon University between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, Yanivis Hage holds a New Jersey Supervisor's Certificate.
