Shivanand MacHappanavar

Shivanand Machappanavar is currently the Manager of NPD & Sustenance Engineering at iLenSys Technologies Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, Shivanand held roles such as Program Manager at Axiom Consulting Pvt Ltd, Project Lead at Mahindra Satyam, and Assistant Manager at Ashok Leyland. With a background in engineering and project management, Shivanand has experience in new product development, design review, quality confirmation, and technical discussions with suppliers. Shivanand has also worked at Toyota Kirloskar Motor as a Team Leader in Projects and at Taegu Tec India Limited as a CAD Engineer. Educationally, Shivanand holds a MSc in Engineering in New Product Design, a Post Diploma in Tool Design, and a Diploma in Tool and Die making.
