Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Development Head for Pega Applications at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. With a strong background in Business Process Management (BPM), Sebastiraj previously held positions such as Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included global consulting and customer engagements in Pega solutions. Prior to that, roles included Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, as well as BPM Architect and Program Manager at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, focusing on team management, optimization, and process governance. Sebastiraj began a career in software engineering with foundational experiences at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. The educational background includes an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
