Kimberly Bak

Kimberly Bak is currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Visual Merchandising Operations at ILIA Beauty since November 2024. Previously, from June 2014 to November 2024, Kimberly held several roles at Nail Alliance, including Senior Brand Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing brand operations for Gelish, Gelish MINI, and Morgan Taylor, which collectively represented over 80% of the company’s total sales. Kimberly's experience includes developing and executing new products and marketing strategies for a global portfolio of over 900 SKUs in more than 40 countries. Additional roles held include various marketing positions at Sports 1 Marketing, Kohl's, ShoutAMP, and Jimmi’s Bar & Grill, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
