Stefanie Parey Smith

Stefanie Parey Smith has over 25 years of work experience in the beauty industry. In 1995, they began their career at Franklin International as a Technical Specialist, providing technical assistance and support to internal and external customer bases regarding existing product lines. In 2000, they moved to Beauty Avenues as a QA Senior Specialist, where they were responsible for project management of a high-end dermatological product line. In 2008, they returned to batallure beauty as a QA Manager, attending pre-production meetings to provide perspective on manufacturers capabilities. In 2010, they took a role at Palmyra Resort & Spa as the Commerce & Merchandising Director, where they streamlined marketing and sales collections. In 2011, they returned to batallure beauty as the Quality and Regulatory Manager (Customer Compliance Manager), overseeing each new product line from idea creation to completion. In 2016, they moved to 220 Labs as the Vice President of Quality, managing EHS/Quality Director, QC Manager, 32 QC line leaders and Pallet Inspectors. In 2021, they joined Best Formulations-Personal Care as the Director of Quality, Personal Care, developing the entire quality system for a new personal care division. Most recently, in 2022, they joined ILIA Beauty as the Director of Quality.

Stefanie Parey Smith received their Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences from Ohio University between 1990 and 1994.
