Ali Pourjalili

Ali Pourjalili is a seasoned consultant with a strong background in HR and business analytics, currently working at ILIA since October 2022. With over ten completed projects, Ali specializes in HR and People Analytics, business development, and NGO development. Prior experience includes roles at Digikala E-Commerce Group as a Senior Analyst and Analyst, and serving as Human Resources Consultant at RANOO|رانو, where Ali co-founded a startup. Ali's technical expertise was further honed at Taban Niroo Co. as an Electrical Engineer. Academically, Ali holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shahed University.
