Eric Edidin

Board Member at ILiAD Biotechnologies

Eric Edidin is a board member at ILiAD Biotechnologies. Eric has also served as co-founder and co-managing partner at Archer Capital Management, and as portfolio manager and co-head of credit at York Capital Management. Prior to that, they worked as an associate at Morgan Stanley and The Blackstone Group. Eric Edidin began their career in 1992 as an analyst at The Blackstone Group. Eric then transitioned to Morgan Stanley in 1997, where they worked as an investment banking associate in the Media Group. In 2000, Edidin joined York Capital Management as a portfolio manager and co-head of credit. In 2005, they co-founded Archer Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on event-driven and activist investments.

Eric Edidin graduated from the University of Michigan with a BBA in finance and accounting. Eric then went on to earn their MBA from Harvard Business School.
