Serge Eloundou

Serge ELOUNDOU is a skilled telecommunications professional with extensive experience in radio validation and support management. Currently serving as the Radio Validation and Support Manager at Free since June 2010, Serge oversees technical coordination for support projects, manages crisis situations, and acts as a technical liaison with NOKIA and Free Mobile exploitation teams. Previous roles include OSS Care Technical Manager and Radio Validation and Support, focusing on software validation and upgrade procedures, as well as integration of antenna systems. Prior experience at Ericsson as a Radio Access Network Engineer involved network integration, validation, and emergency support, and earlier work at SFR concentrated on overseeing the deployment and quality of GSM and UMTS networks. Serge ELOUNDOU holds a Master’s degree in Networks and Telecommunications from Avignon Université.
