Elsie Walker SHRM-CP currently serves as the Human Resources Director at ilili Restaurants, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes an HR Coordinator role at Camping World and Good Sam, where performance management initiatives were developed. Elsie’s career began at Northeastern Illinois University, where a BA degree in Human Resources was obtained with Magna Cum Laude honors. Additional roles in customer service and sales further contributed to a well-rounded professional background.
