Ratheesh's career began at Infosys in 2004, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Technical Specialist. During their time at Infosys, they built features and solutions for the Real-Time Operating System for GSM/UMTS Call Processing. Ratheesh also worked on designing and developing solutions for Mobile Intelligent Network features.

Ratheesh Krishna Geeth holds a Master's degree in Managing Information Technology from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, obtained in the year 2013. Ratheesh also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering, Guindy, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Ratheesh has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Geo Informatics from the same college, earned between 1999 and 2003. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect Expert from Microsoft in 2020, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
